The Bangladesh government has unveiled Regular hajj packages. This package’s highlight is its superior accommodation compared to the other two options, offering stays at standard hotels in Makkah and Madinah. However, all other Hajj facilities remain consistent across all packages. The duration of this package is approximately 40 days. +/-
Key Features of Regular Hajj Package :
- Air Travel: Round-trip economy class airfare on Saudi Airlines (DAC-JED-DAC).
- Visa and Fees: Includes Hajj visa services and all associated fees and charges.
- Accommodation in Makkah: Standard hotel within 800 meters of the Haram mosque, possibly located on Ibrahim Khalil Road, Hijra Road, Tyseer, or Gazza area.
- Accommodation in Madinah: Standard hotel within 700 meters of the Haram Mosque, typically in the Zahedia area (near Belal Mosque or Quba Road).
- Transport: Mandatory use of transportation services provided by the Saudi Hajj Ministry via assigned muallim for Jeddah-Makkah and Makkah-Mina travel.
- Ziyarat: Includes visits to common areas in Makkah and Madinah, excluding Jeddah and Tayef tours.
- Accommodation at Mina: Regular tents with water coolers, managed by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj through the muallim office.
- Meals: Twice daily Bangladeshi meals from local caterers or restaurants.
- Guidance and Support: Assistance with food delivery, Hajj rituals, and emergency situations provided by support staff and muallim.
Day 1-3: Departure and Arrival
- Depart from home country.
- Arrive in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Transfer to Mecca; check into hotel.
- Rest and prepare for Hajj rituals.
Day 4-8: Initial Mecca Days
- Perform Umrah (lesser pilgrimage).
- Engage in daily prayers and visit Masjid al-Haram.
- Attend Hajj preparation sessions.
Day 9: Day of Tarwiyah
- Travel to Mina.
- Spend the day in prayer and reflection.
Day 10: Day of Arafat
- Proceed to the plain of Arafat for the central ritual of Hajj.
- Engage in day-long prayer and supplication.
- After sunset, move to Muzdalifah.
Day 11: First Day of Tashreeq
- Collect pebbles in Muzdalifah.
- Return to Mina for ritual of Rami (stoning of the devil).
- Perform Qurbani (sacrificial animal slaughter).
- Men may shave their heads; women may clip a portion of their hair.
- Return to Mecca for Tawaf Al-Ifadah and Sa’i.
Day 12-13: Remaining Days of Tashreeq
- Continue with daily Rami in Mina.
- Engage in worship and reflection.
Day 14-20: Mecca
- Return to Mecca.
- Perform Tawaf Al-Wada (farewell Tawaf).
- Visit historical and religious sites in and around Mecca.
- Engage in daily prayers and religious gatherings.
Day 21-25: Visit to Medina
- Travel to Medina.
- Visit Masjid an-Nabawi and other significant Islamic sites.
- Engage in prayers, attend religious lectures.
Day 26-28: Last Days in Medina
- Continue visiting religious sites.
- Engage in Dua and personal reflection.
- Prepare for departure.
Day 29: Departure from Medina
- Depart for Jeddah Airport.
- Engage in final prayers and reflection.
Day 30: Return Journey
- Arrive back in home country.
- Eligibility Requirements: Pilgrims must have a valid passport and meet all Saudi Arabian visa requirements for Hajj. Medical fitness certificates may be required.
- Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit must be made at the time of booking, with the full payment due by a specified date prior to departure. Payment plans might be available.
- Travel Documentation: Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring all travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates, are valid and in order.
